I have been living at my current place for 6 1/2 years February will make 7 years with Pristine Bay Realty. Gus and Agnes are very professional and very responsive. I have never had an issue with them. When it comes to repairs Gus makes sure to send someone out immediately. We had our bathroom remolded and it’s beautiful. Our rent hasn’t changed since we have been with them, it is very affordable and reasonable. They’re very consistent and definitely willing to help if you ever get in a bind. If you’re looking for great landlords and a great company to rent from they’re the best that I have ever met. They have 2 duplexes in my area, so that includes 4 apartments. All of us have been there for years so that tells you a lot about the company. They’re not having people move in and out, and their is no drama. I have been a tenant for 2 1/2 years at one of their rentals in Pinellas Park, Fl. They have gone above, and beyond since the day we signed our lease! Always very quick to return calls, Gus is the best, and the entire maintenance team is always on point at repairs. Agnes at office is amazing ,at helping in difficult times and directing me to the right people. Pristine are providing property management services for three investment properties I have in Florida as an out of state investor. The professionals there truly provide a value-added service if you need to rent or have property to rent out. Honesty and responsiveness are two qualities this company has that I haven’t seen matched in the local area. The management team has a strong supporting back office team that isn’t afraid to pick up the phone .My experience with them has been very satisfactory. They are very responsive, courteous and responsible when there is repair work needed and know I am getting my money’s worth. At the end of the year, they sent an annual report which made it easy to take care of my personal taxes. Considering all this, they are also very cost competitive. Overall, strongly recommended.
